Subject and Scope of the Explicit Consent

As a data subject, I confirm that I have read and understood the Clarification Text provided to me by the Company, and by means of this Explicit Consent Text I give my consent, of my own free will, to the processing of my personal data for the purposes set out below, in a manner that is lawful and consistent with the rules of good faith, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and in a way that is connected, limited and proportionate to those purposes. My explicit consent covers the processing and storage of the categories of data listed below for the purposes stated below, and their transfer to third parties where necessary.

Categories and Content of the Personal Data Processed

The personal data to be processed by the Company is as follows:

• Identity Data: First name, surname, Turkish ID number (where applicable under Turkish law).
• Contact Data: Email address, telephone number (mobile or landline), contact address.
• Audio Data: Voice recordings taken during voice-based pre-screening interviews and the written transcripts of those recordings.
• Professional Experience and Education Data: Curriculum vitae, education details, certificates, foreign language proficiency, previous work experience, competencies and skills.
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, access logs, user activity records, login and logout information, device and browser information used.
• Assessment Data: Match scores against job posting requirements, competency-based scoring, assessment outputs and reports produced by artificial intelligence, recruiter notes.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

My personal data set out above will be processed by the Company solely for the following purposes:

• Conducting recruitment and placement processes and carrying out candidate assessment operations.
• Conducting, recording and transcribing voice-based pre-screening interviews.
• Carrying out competency assessments of candidates against job posting requirements using artificial intelligence technologies.
• Evaluating and reporting pre-screening interview results against defined criteria.
• Delivering and improving the human resources technology services offered by the Company.
• Managing the processes of matching candidates with employer companies or client organisations.
• Carrying out post-hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conducting information security processes and managing access permissions.
• Improving service quality, detecting and resolving system errors, and carrying out software development work (on anonymised data sets).
• Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation and providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations.
• Conducting storage and archiving activities and ensuring business continuity.
• Following up legal matters and use as evidence in potential disputes.

Transfer of Personal Data

The personal data processed within the scope of this consent may be transferred to the following recipient groups in line with the purposes stated above:

• Employers and Clients Receiving Services: The employer companies and organisations to which I have applied or in whose assessment process I have taken part.
• Suppliers and Business Partners: Cloud providers from which data hosting services are received (their servers may be located domestically or abroad; separate consent is obtained for transfers abroad), artificial intelligence analysis service providers, voice interview infrastructure providers, email and communication service providers, legal counsel, financial advisers.
• Institutions Authorised by Law: Courts, public prosecutors' offices, ministries and other public institutions, where there is a legal obligation or a duly submitted request from an authorised authority.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, my rights are as follows:

• To learn whether my personal data is being processed,
• To request information if my personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request correction of my personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request the deletion or destruction of my personal data within the conditions set out in the Law,
• To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred,
• To object to any outcome to my detriment arising from the analysis of my processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages I suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of my personal data.

I have the right to withdraw my explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
